#191 - I went to a listing appointment. I thought that things went very well. The sellers seemed impressed and I was almost certain that they were going to list with me – but they said that they wanted to think things over.A day goes by and I don’t hear from them. Then another day… and another day.Now I’m starting to question myself. Maybe the appointment didn’t go as well as I thought. Maybe they didn’t like me, my company, the list price I recommended, what I was charging, and on and on.I decide to follow up with a phone call. They don’t answer. I leave a message. I don’t get a return phone call.A couple days later, I send a text.
