Introducing Naomi Heaton: Group Chair & Founder of London Central Portfolio and Founder & CEO of The Other House

On this episode, Caroline and Priya speak to Group Chair & Founder of London Central Portfolio and Founder & CEO of The Other House, Naomi Heaton.

Born and raised in London, Naomi's career started off in advertising after graduating from Oxford university. She raised through the ranks at advertising firms Young and Rubicam and Saatchi & Saatchi becoming Board Director of these renowned companies. She later transitioned into the property sector after purchasing and renovating her first property aged 26. This experience birthed London Central Portfolio: the first agency to look at residential property as a asset class means of generating income, revenue and capital growth. Naomi developed a lifestyle brand called The Other House, a lifestyle hotel turned on its head into a residents’ club: a home away from home.
