Phillip McCatty is a remarkable example of hard work, charisma and humility. He is lauded by the Jamaican community as a 5x national champion and competitor at the commonwealth games.  All the while he internally smiles when called “the fast black guy” because he knows he is there to make noise and show his competition just how fast he is!
