Kamala Harris on Trump’s refusal to concede: ‘We need to govern’

On President Trump and members of the GOP’s refusal to concede in the election they lost the presidency, Vice President-elect Kamala Harris says, “I have to believe at some point that reality will set in and that everyone will understand that we need to govern.”
