Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito authored the draft of this ruling, which rests on the argument that, "The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected" -- taking us back to the time of the Founding Fathers, when women were considered barely more than the property of their fathers and husbands.
