In this episode, we interview Kelly Maniateas is the founder and CEO of Integrative Coaching Solutions. She has been an entrepreneur in business for over 20 years, running multiple million dollar corporations, and now is focusing her strengths on changing the landscape of how business is done. Kelly has accumulated many accolades over the years, some of which includes being an international speaker and coach and winning the Top Coach award in 2017! She was just on stage speaking to over 600 business owners on how to be an Emotionally Effective Leader and we are excited to have her here today to give us a glimpse of the knowledge she brings. A big part of being successful is also GIVING BACK. Kelly is the founder of Ludus Nation - Ludus Nation’s mission is simple, yet greatly ambitious. The clinic will aim to improve the quality of soccer across Canada, in order to propel Canadian soccer onto the world stage and compete with the top leagues and national teams around the world. In this interview, we chat with Kelly about how she got to where she is now, her biggest failure, what she would tell her younger self, what characteristics make a successful female leader, her personal mantra, her number one piece of advice, finding a balance between work and having a life, her greatest accomplishments and the best advice she can give all of us.
