Welcome to episode 10 of 'Ask The Angels' where we answer your rent to rent questions. We’ve had a really good question here about paying rent to landlords or agents…”I want to know, once we’ve secured a landlord, what are the expenses that would occur. “For example, relating to deposit or how payments are made with the landlord so are you expected to pay the landlord annually.“ For example, the benefit for the landlord is that they’re getting a secure rent for a period of time so is that based off ensuring that they have an annual rent? “For example, if the annual rent is let’s say £8,000. Are you expected to pay that upfront or is it a monthly thing where the tenant will pay you and then you pay the landlord. I want to know if a large amount of capital would be required for me to start.”This is a great question.Usually tenants pay rent in advance. So before you move in you pay the first month’s rent.If you’d like to have your question answered go to rent2rentsuccess.com/ask and record your question from me to answer for you.Visit the episode page to hear  the full answer and ask your question!✅ https://rent2rentsuccess.com/ata10 ✅Or if you’d like the Free Rent 2 Rent Success Guide & Masterclass✅ https://rent2rentsuccess.com/guide ✅ Support the show
