I am so glad to get to have Dr. Izetta Mobley on the podcast for this episode of #29DaysofMagic! She has so many amazing things she has done you'll need to hear her whole incredible story. She talks about how important it is to do things well, efficiently and equitably. She also talks about the power of administrative work to get things done. She shares some great wisdom about properly setting standards for other people, as not everyone has high standards.
