Maitha AlMemari (United Arab Emirates & University 2018) is a Rhodes Scholar reading for a Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government. She joins The Rhodes Ahead: Public Leadership Series to reflect upon public leadership in the 21st century. In particular, this series looks at the challenges of ethical leadership, cultural understanding, and communication in today's fast-moving inter-connected world.
