ATVs and dirt bikes are supposed to be fun - we all rode them when we were little - in the woods - right now amid a distrubing backdrop of violence ATVs and dirt bikes are taking over the streets - disobeying traffic laws and causing accidents, not only for the drivers, but for the passengers on the back of vehicles and other motorists.
