There's a lot of good stuff in the hour ahead with Elvin Bishop, Thornetta Davis, Sonny Landreth, Southern Avenue, and Tab Benoit with Jimmy Thackery. But, the centerpiece of the hour is a tribute to Butch Trucks - a single track that I think really exemplifies the propulsive drummer that he was. It also helps to support the case that he was, simply, one of the greatest drummers of all time in one of the greatest bands of all time. While the track I pulled is really more blues rock, it's absolutely surround
