Jon has an amazing background in sport. His coaching legacy that saw a small local club grow into one of the UK powerhouses of swimming, culminating with an Olympic Gold at the London games in 2012. In this discussion we dive in a bit deeper to share some of Jon's philosophical views on that period in his life leading up and following the highest accolade you can achieve in the sport of swimming.
