Adam Peaty is  one of the most iconic swimmers on the planet. His ascent from a below the radar teenager to his headline status of breaking the World Record in 2015 and his accolades since have inspired 1000s of young athletes. In this episode we hear from the managing director of the race clinics programme, one of Adam's training partners, Ed Baxter. He shares his journey through the sports world and how the programme has been developed into its current format and the tour planned for summer 2020.
