In 2012, a series of life altering events led Nick, a passionate surfer, down the road of delivering his vision: The Wave®. The Wave® will deliver immersive outdoor environments, promoting surfing, health, education and positive social impact. Using the latest Wavegarden® Cove technology, The Wave® will appeal to surfers of all abilities from beginners to professionals. The second development is in London in Lee Valley close to the Olympic park. The teams' vision is to recreate this project globally where inspiring sports infrastructure and engaging educational facilities are needed. In 2014, Nick was voted one of the UK's " Most Disruptive Entrepreneurs" by The Telegraph. Nick is a Director of British Surfing and Chairman of Surfing England. He also has an interest in policy-shaping and development through his work in healthcare regulation and with governing sports organisations.
