As someone with more than 18 years’ experience performing in sport, Lauren channelled her learnings into helping others on their sports journey. Through Quigley Sport, Lauren now mentors the next generation of sportsmen and women to draw upon both the positive and negative experiences that she had on her journey, and support others in having the best experience possible.
