I start my day off by spending time with God, then I workout. These are very high on my list of priorities. My second piece of advice is to figure out what can be delegated. I delegate pretty much everything I can do to the fact that most things are too time consuming and I could get a better ROI doing other tasks. My third tip is to not fall victim of simply completing the task that seems easiest to do. Chances are, the easiest task isn’t going to be the one that makes you the most amount of money. Do what you know you need to do, even though it may not be the most convenient. My fourth tip is to get 3rd person feedback. Sometimes we’re too caught up in what we are personally doing that we do not realize we are falling into bad habits. Finally, you need to get a task list. I’m constantly looking at my task list so that I can stay on top of what I need to be doing. I schedule everything from most important to least important and I don’t move onto the “easy” stuff until the big ticket items have been taken care of.
