Hannah Pudner joins The She Project to discuss the issue of microaggressions and unconscious biases. Hannah is an experienced non-for-profit leader, with a career striving for social change through campaigning, the legislative process and community engagement.  She is currently Interim Deputy CEO at the international development agency United Purpose - an £18 million turnover charity, working to address extreme poverty in 19 countries and reaching 4 million people per year. Before then she was Assistant Director (External Strategy)at the world's largest online university - the Open University, and before then she was Director of the National Union of Students, the UK's student movement.
