On this episode of The She Project, we are joined by Katy Goodrich who works as a Client Success Director for Adobe. About Katy:"At Adobe, Katy is a Customer Success Director and co-lead for Women at Adobe and Social Impact Teams for the UK. As part of her Customer Success role, she works with Adobe’s largest Financial Services customers as a trusted advisor towards their digital transformations. Her Women at Adobe and leadership of Social Impact teams involves creating internal programs and community partnerships to promote causes top of mind for Adobe employees, such as championing gender diversity in tech. Her recent accomplishments include co-organizing and hosting Adobe’s first Women in Marketing speaker training program to bring more diverse voices to marketing and financial marketing conferences. She also founded and leads Adobe’s Financial Services Executive Women’s Roundtable, promoting networking and knowledge-sharing among female leaders in Adobe’s customer base. Recently, she co-launched an EMEA Adobe for All Book Club, a space for ongoing reading and ideas to encourage a more inclusive environment for conversation."In this episode, Katy discusses how networking has been pivotal in achieving her career success.
