Facebook's Metaverse and Tucker's Fear of Trans People

Alex is back to talk about Alec Baldwin and his recent and tragic screwup on set of his newest project called "Rust," and what that means for filmmaking in the future. He then goes on another rant about the anti-vaxxers who are still spreading nonsense misinformation online. Apple has announced new devices including an upgraded MacBook Pro, which brings back some ports that should have always been there in the first place. Also some new Airpods, so there's some talk about the new features those will offer. Facebook is planning a name change that will reflect their new focus on the metaverse, which includes VR and NFTs, so there is some talk about the future of those two things. Then there is a roast of Ted Cruz for complaining about immigration, and a roast of Tucker Carlson, who is very clearly afraid of the trans community based on what he is saying these days.
