Empowerment and Responding to Power Struggles

Hello Listeners! This week we are using our last episode about control as a jumping off point to talk about how power is an essential component of our ability to control. It is odd that power, by some definition, can eradicate a definition of empowerment. We are going to break that up and explain the pieces.  After that, we are going to get into where empowerment can exist, and how essential it is to us. Hopefully this episode will even help you consolidate your perception of your on self-empowerment.  We love making every episode for the wonderful people that are part of this community!
