Sheriff Mina of Orange County, Florida discusses his philosophy on law enforcement and what his hopes are for the community of Orlando. As a former Chief of the Orlando City Department, he brings several years of experience to the job as the newly elected Sheriff.  We discuss officer-involved shootings, community outreach, and he shares his background of why he chooses to be in public service.
