I am so fortunate to be able to talk to all of the best in the business. Today is no exception as Michael Boyle joins me again on the show. Michael Boyle is known internationally for his pioneering work in the field of Strength & Conditioning and is regarded as one of the top experts in the area for Sports Performance Training. He has made his mark on the industry over the past 30 years with an impressive following of professional athletes, from the US Women’s Olympic teams in Soccer and Ice Hockey to the Boston Bruins, Boston Breakers, New England Revolution, and most recently the Boston Red Sox. I follow Michael on Instagram and enjoy seeing his posts. As someone with over 75,000 followers, I wanted to hear from him on his thoughts of how the fitness industry has changed with the rise of social media. He shares the good, the bad, and the ugly. I always enjoy talking to Michael and am grateful he takes the time to discuss not only fitness, but his favorite tv shows, music, and podcasts. He always makes me laugh, but these conversations more than anything are an incredible learning opportunity. This will be my final podcast for 2019 as we take a 2 week break during the holidays. I will be rebroadcasting some favorites in the following weeks, so stay subscribed and tuned in. It has been an incredible year of podcasts. I am grateful to all of the guests that took the time to have conversations with me in 2019. I also want to take this moment to thank all of you listeners for your encouragement and support these past 3 years. Thank you! My favor as usual is to please continue to share this podcast with others. It would mean so much if you also rate it and leave me feedback.
