Nick Winkelman is the head of athletic performance & science for the Irish Rugby Football Union. As a performance coach, Nick has worked with many athletes across the NFL, MLB, NBA, National Sports Organizations, and Military. As a teacher, I enjoyed discussing his new book, The Language of Coaching.  You don’t have to be a coach to benefit from learning how to communicate more effectively. We also chat about Irish pubs, his current reads, and his experiences in the industry.
