340. Langley Kirkwood on the 55 mile Comrades Marathon and Warrior Season 3

The Comrades Marathon is an annual ultramarathon in South Africa of approximately 89 kilometers/55 miles. Langley Kirkwood, known for his role as Buckley on Warrior, just completed this insane feat and I was happy to be able to congratulate him on this accomplishment. Langley discusses the history of the marathon, training and we even talk shoes. I absolutely love shoes! In all seriousness, I am in awe of Langley’s achievements, whether he is doing marathons, triathlons, or portraying one of the most unlikeable characters on TV. Warrior Season 3 premieres Thursday, June 29 on MAX. We talk about the excitement surrounding this season, some of what to expect, but not to worry – there are no spoilers for Warrior in this episode. ‌However, we also tangent to Spiderman: Across the Spider-Verse and there is a small spoiler alert for that film.
