Embracing Encounter as Lifelong Ministry ft. Ralph McCloud

Ralph McCloud is the current director of the National Catholic Campaign for Human Development. He shares that moving to the margins requires leaving our creature comforts and encountering our brothers and sisters who struggle. This means hearing with different ears, seeing with different eyes, and loving with different hearts. It's centered around the question of "who is my neighbor?" Ralph shares that encounter is lifelong, it’s not an experience, it’s not a project, it’s something that is ongoing and relational not transactional. We discuss the importance of community and look at ways to see our shared humanity.
