Andy’s journey began with him pursuing a career in football with the hopes of becoming a professional one day. He found that the work he was doing in the gym wasn’t contributing towards his performance on the field and later in his career found that the traditional approach to exercise and nutrition wasn’t leaving his clients with the best long term results either. He began searching for the answer and discovered that for himself and his clients, traditional Chinese medicine was the missing link. He’s since been on a journey to open people’s minds to something that seems quite spiritual and esoteric at first glance, but realistically can be integrated into the traditional western approach to create more balance within your body, mind and dare I say it, spirit.
