Sprint Fined, T-Mobile parent co. needs $, Yahoo Mobile done, VZW to reduce capex?

T-Mobile will have to pay an old Sprint problem from overcharging Omaha residents. Deutsche-Telekom in search of investors to upgrade network infrastructure.  Yahoo Mobile is no more, what are your other options?  Verizon reducing capex, is this concerning?
