EP26. Low Back Pain with Dr. John Broussard (Alliance regen and Rehab) - Musculoskeletal Ultrasound

The Sonography Lounge Hosts Lori and Trisha sit down with Dr. John Broussard to talk about low back pain including back pain during pregnancy and how he utilizes diagnostic and interventional ultrasound in his clinical practices. Dr. John Broussard is board certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine and specializes in both regenerative and osteopathic manipulative medicine. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida and completed his residency training in Family Medicine at an osteopathic hospital, practicing in the urgent care setting. He then followed to complete a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Institute for Non-Surgical Orthopedics in Florida. In 2014, he integrated ultrasound into his practice for diagnostics and guided interventional procedures. In 2020, he and his brother opened their own practice in sunny St. Petersburg, FL. Together, they help active adults and athletes quickly overcome injury and get back to the activities they love. Dr. Broussard has provided skills-based labs, supervised residents and medical students in osteopathic and sports medicine clinical settings, and presented at state conferences. He believes in using integrative medicine to help patients receive comprehensive care in one setting.
