#17: My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy by Kanye West (with our special guest, Darryl Foster!)

The newest album we've ever reviewed (at least for a few episodes) is Kanye's iconic My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, coming in at number 17 on the Rolling Stone list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. This album is only 10 years old, and was created by someone who recently ran for President of the United States of America! So what did we think?  We're thrilled to be joined by Darryl Foster, someone who grew up in the same time as this album release, and provides insight into this creative work of art, as well as a very important conversation around language and the "N-word" in rap and hip hop music. For that reason, we do occasional feature music that may not be seen as age-appropriate for everyone.
