Police: 1 dead in Super Bowl parade shooting; 21 others shot

The Super Bowl celebration turned into a scene of sheer terror in Kansas City as dozens are wounded, many of those shot are children, in another mass shooting in America. Also, new CNN reporting on a cryptic warning of a national security threat.
