This week, Sah welcomes Chris Grosso. According to Chris, he is "not a spiritual teacher" and "he’s incredibly flawed and fucks up in countless ways on a daily basis." That said, he is extremely passionate about sharing the teachings and techniques that have quite literally saved his life (and made him slightly less of a fuck-up) in the hope they help others too. He’s written three books including, Indie Spiritualist, Everything Mind, and Dead Set On Living, writes for Revolver Magazine and Fangoria, is a youth mental health group facilitator with Newport Academy and has spoken at a bunch of fancy-schmancy festivals and conferences (as well as plenty of not so fancy-schmancy ones as well).
