في هذه الحلقة يحدثانا يزن مدانات عن عالم الاقتصاد التشاركي، وكسفسة الدخول لهذا العالم بطريقة مجدية وفعالة. كما شاركنا عن قصة الريادة في نيويورك وكيفية تطورها و تحولها لمؤسسة في الاقتصاد التشاركي. بدأ يزن  في شركة ديلتا بارتنرز في دبي و بعدها انتقل لشركة كيرني  وبعدها اسس شركة QallOut في نيويورك والتي هي مؤسسة ريادية وفرت أول منصة على الإنترنت  لمناقشات الفيديو الحيةLive debates online ومن هناك قام بتأسسيس شركة QOC وتي هي شركة توفر خدمات استشارات الاعمال على شكل اقتصاد التشاركي  مدعومة بشبكة عالمية من رواد الأعمال المخضرمين وخريجي شركات الاستشارات الاعمال من الدرجة الأولى.In this episode, Yazan Madanat talks to us about the world of the sharing economy, and how to enter this world in a meaningful and effective way. he also shared the story of his entrepreneurial journey in New York and how it developed and transformed into an institution in the sharing economy. Yazan started his career at Delta Partners in Dubai and then moved to Kearney and then founded QallOut in New York, which is an entrepreneurial organization that provided the first online platform for live video discussions. Then he founded QO Collective which is a collaborative initiative for management consulting and executive recruitment, powered by a global network of seasoned entrepreneurs & alums of tier-1 management consulting companies.
