057 Can you have an office in a supported living property? With Jo Alexander

In this episode Jo Alexander talks about what you can and can't do in a staff office in a supported living property, she shares the very latest thinking from CQC about this and shares some examples of best practice.  Jo Alexander's Health & Social Care has spanned almost 25 years, and she has worked across the sector in a variety of roles from Support Worker to Registered Manager and more recently in Social Care Business Development. She has been privileged to provide support for individuals from small children with life limiting conditions, young adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Needs, people with complex care needs and Older Adults living with Dementia and fortunate to have worked in a variety of settings including independent hospital services, residential & nursing care, supported living and domiciliary care.
