069 - Working with new support providers with Sarah Czuba

In this episode Sarah Czuba talks about her experience building a relationship with a new support provider and developing property for their use. She talks about each of the stages she went through and discusses the reality of developing supported living property. Sarah Czuba, founded Home Bird Property Ltd to combine her two passions in life; helping people and property. Sarah first got a taste for property in her early 20’s when she bought her first house, she then went on to buy and build a successful portfolio of buy to lets alongside her corporate role. In 2019 she went into property full time, to give her the flexibility to work around her two young children. She is a business woman with a social and ethical conscience. Sarah is passionate about making a positive footprint on her local area through my business. Sarah supports and leases properties to local charities who help those who are vulnerable get back on their feet, her mission is to help at least 100 people get into warm, safe and comfortable housing by 2030.
