They talk about their motivation, how they are doing things differently and are creating "Homes to be proud of". They share some great advice for those who are interested in getting started in children's homes and supported accommodation. Peter Licourinos has over 24 years experience in property, covering most aspects of the industry including Residential Sales & Lettings, Finance and Investment and been part of hundreds of client purchases and specialise in luxury HMO’s, co-living, supported living, children’s homes and care. Since 2020 when Peter lost his father, who had spent his life in the care industry, Peter decided to continue his family's love for helping people by providing children and young adults with equal opportunities in life. Rob Sherwood has been involved in businesses since leaving University with a degree in sports coaching. He setup his first company aged 22, Get Active Sports, this now employs over 100 people and directly teaches over 100,000 children every single week. He then began property investing. Over the last 12 - 18 months alongside fellow directors he has been creating a product for children who struggle in main stream education, this company is called The Alt Prov. Peter and Rob then combined with 5 others to create the Storyy Group which ensures every child has a ‘champion’ and a brighter future in what ever education or profession they take. Storyy Group: https://www.storyy.group/ This Group holds the following brands:  https://www.thealtprov.co.uk/ https://www.thepathwayap.com/ https://projecthome.care/ https://www.getactiveeducation.com/ https://www.thepracticalapproach.co.uk/ https://www.thepositiveimpactap.com/ Lisa became a property investor after a long nursing career. She initially developed heritage properties and then a chance encounter led her to discover supported living. She realized this was a powerful way to invest in property while creating homes for those who need them most. Lisa set about discovering why property investors struggle to let their properties to supported living providers and why providers struggle to find property to let. She has been educating people, raising awareness and working on solutions to this problem ever since. Lisa is the host of the Supported Living Property Podcast and YouTube channel and formed The Supported Living Property Facebook Group.
