023 Supported Living HMO's and getting started in Supported Living with Saif Derzi

In this episode Saif Derzi shares his experience of developing supported living property. He talks about how he got started in supported living, discusses some of the issues around HMO's in supported living and shares some useful tips for property investors.  Saif is the director and founder of SDGB properties. Saif’s background is in the pharmaceutical industry, he started off trading pharmaceuticals and invested the profits into his passion- property. After focusing on growing his own property portfolio, he has gone on to commercial to residential conversion projects, social housing projects, supported living and new builds.  His devotedness for preserving and restoring run down buildings and giving back to the community led to the formation of SDGB properties.   SDGB Properties is a Lincolnshire based Property Investment and Development company.
