This ordeal lasted a decade, involving numerous court appearances, trials, and child custody evaluations. Her experiences led her to document her journey in a widely recognized blog called "One Mom's Battle," which resonated with many others facing similar challenges. She realized the widespread issue of toxic relationships and post-separation abuse in family court cases. Against all odds, Tina finally succeeded in terminating her ex-husband's parental rights on August 30, 2019. Now, she advocates for changes in the Family Court System, aiming to prioritize the well-being of children over parental rights, and highlighting the lack of education in both court personnel and judges.
