This is not negativity, it’s realism. Secondly, build a training system that ensures that, from day one, they have all of the education that they need at their fingertips. Then, systematically and regularly quiz them, to make sure that they fully, 100% know what they are doing. This is one of the most important aspects of building a company, and I wish someone had told me to do it a long time ago.
