Isaiah ch.48 - "Go forth from Babylon!"

This chapter, seemingly addressed to the Babylonian exiles, after the Cyrus Declaration, urges: "Go forth from Babylon, Flee from Chaldea! ...Say: “The LORD has redeemed His servant Jacob!”
