A golden nugget of a podcast if I should say so myself. This podcast is with Ethan Evans he has been with Amazon for 15 years and is the VP of Twitch Prime. Ethan humbly says “I consider myself to be a TPM....” though he has been a VP for over 8 years. We talk about the role of a TPM at Amazon, resumes, leadership principles, gaining influence, TPM competencies, executive communication, career transitioning from a Program Manager to a Technical Program Manager and so much more. It’s one of those episodes that has an incredible wealth of information and Ethan articulates so very well.
