November 1, 2024 - Season 15, Episode 46 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Friday morning episode, Alex Kozora and I get right into talking about the latest transactions made by the Pittsburgh Steelers since our Tuesday episode. We talk quite a bit about the team’s decision to waive OT Dylan Cook on Thursday and the thinking behind that move. The Steelers also have CB Cameron Sutton back from the reserve/Suspended list and on a roster exemption until Monday so we discuss his status right now and the state of the rest of the roster when it comes to more transaction that could be coming by next Saturday. The Steelers used their bye week to get all of their position coaches in front of the media, so Alex and I make sure to go over some meaningful and notable things that a few of them said these last few days. We highlight a few things that special teams coordinator Danny Smith had to say this week as well. Alex and I then transition into going over what we both learned from the All-22 tape from the Steelers’ Monday night game against the Giants. We start on the offensive side of the football and then move over to the defense. We discuss several plays, schematics, and the play of several players during this segment. The Baltimore Ravens traded for WR Diontae Johnson a few days ago so we discuss that news and what it means for that team. We also look at the possibility of the Steelers trading for a wide receiver before next Tuesday’s deadline. As usual, Alex and I use the Friday show to give all of our picks for this week’s NFL games against the spread. This 104-minute episode also discusses several other minor topics not noted, and we close things by answering a few emails that we recently received from listeners. steelersdepot.com Learn more about your ad choices.
