As I reflected on this year in preparation for recording this episode, it truly feels like January 2020 happened at least three million years ago. There has been incredible loss for many of us…personal, professional, emotional, spiritual. The list could go on. But I also know that many of us found ways to thrive during this time, again both personally and professionally. I saw the Facebook Community come together to (largely) support one another and work through a lot of disagreements as we negotiated how to navigate the COVID shutdown. Many practices have discovered new ways of doing business that may change things permanently going forward. However this year turned out for you, I hope that you’re ending in a place of being centered, grounded, and excited for the coming year. The podcast has grown a lot over the course of this year as well. I doubled down and started offering two episodes a week starting in June. The Masterclass series launched to rave reviews and will continue into 2021. I experimented with book reviews and other formats. I was also fortunate to connect with PAR, an amazing test publisher, to test-drive podcast sponsorship. I’m looking forward to continuing to partner with them and others so that I can keep bringing great content each week. You’ll also continue to see new podcast formats – as always let me know what works and doesn’t work 🙂 And now, on to the best episodes of 2020!
