She then worked in a private practice in Naperville, IL, and then a small hospital in Chicago (La Rabida Children’s Hospital) before relocating to Michigan, where she has been a director at Thriving Minds Behavioral Health for the past 6 years. Dr. Hella has provided supervision for over 10 years and currently supervises practicum students, predoctoral interns, postdocs and staff.
