Magnesium…it's imperative for so many different functions in the body. And yet over 50% of us are deficient in magnesium! And that's just the ones that are being tested and we're actually seeing the deficiency. Most people just walk around daily and don't even take it. Magnesium is important for muscle and nerve function, for your heart to beat regularly, blood pressure regulation, blood sugar management, maintenance of energy levels, T4 to T3 conversion, inflammation, sleep, and mood.
