Andre Spivey is a tech entrepreneur and Air Force veteran. From San Diego California, by way of Indianapolis, Indiana. I became interested in technology during my Air Force career and after leaving the Air Force invested money and time into start-ups such as Ryse Media Group, Kweli TV.I started a software company to develop mobile apps for children on the autism spectrum inspired by one of my sons.
