Latin Filmmaker and actor Emmanuel Osorio is a 19 year old native of L.A. and is making his big screen debut with a semi-autobiographical feature film BLASÉ L.A. - the film follows the ups and downs of a group of young millennials growing up on the streets of selfie-obsessed Los Angeles.In addition to acting in the film, Emmanuel wrote the screenplay and is making his directorial debut.
