His artistic vision took centre stage with his feature directorial debut, a cinematic marvel captured entirely on an iPhone, utilizing non-professional actors to authentically portray the struggles of LGBTQ sex workers in the heart of Hollywood, LA.The film unfolds the poignant story of John, an eighteen-year-old Latino male prostitute navigating the harsh realities of Hollywood's underbelly. Inspired by Italian neorealism and the French New Wave, Le Han's creation paints a vivid picture of John's world, where he steals essentials to survive and is mentored by an older hustler, Miguel. A black trans prostitute named Peaches becomes a financial ally to John, adding layers of complexity to their relationship.Le Han's directorial finesse reveals itself in the intricate exploration of John's nightly wanderings, as he sells his companionship to men from various echelons of society.
