Jamie Stephenson is a well-known face on the Cornish running scene because he is very often the reason why it’s impossible to place first in a trail race down here. On this episode we talk about Jamie’s current training plan, his success at the Serpent Trail 50k, pacing and sweeping, pushing yourself to the limits (if there is a limit?) his plans for 2022, and - in an emotionally charged section of the episode - how much Jamie’s older brother Tristan has been an inspiration to him over the years ;-)
