This episode is slightly different that the previous shows, in that the person that Tony is in discussion with isn't a corporate transformation leader. However, we are delighted to be joined by Steven Baker OBE and honestly, we defy anyone in business (irrespective of whether you operate in the change and transformation space) not to be able to get something from this episode. Tony has known Steve for a couple of years and his background story is fascinating.
