A crime scene reconstructionist took the stand in the trial of Alex Murdaugh and gave expert testimony on the evidence collected by SLED investigators in the Murdaugh family murders case. Kenneth Zercie, the expert witness, stated that much more could have been done in terms of evidence collection and highlighted lacking areas, such as exhibit photographs not meeting standards for proper comparisons.
